How will my items be packed for shipment?
The books will be bagged in plastic for extra protection. Prints and originals will also be bagged and backed with all other items being wrapped in bubble wrap and with separators to help protect the books. I will be using sturdy corrugated cardboard book mailers to ship the items or larger well-packed Priority Mail boxes.

Are there any original drawings left to claim?
All Original Art from the campaign have since been claimed! However, you can still find more originals from the Ladies of the Months series at my online shop at http://angelicshades.etsy.com (plus the Add-Ons which are available here via Backerkit).

Can I add an extra book, print, etc. to my current Pledge?
Yes you can add any prints, books, etc. that are available in the Add-On or Pre-order shop to your current pledge!
The only item not available via the shop is the Lady of Eternity enamel pin, which is available only through my active Ladies of the Months Kickstarters or those currently pledging to my Patreon Patron, where a pin can be purchased via my Secret Shop by Patrons.

Will I have a chance to update my shipping info?
You should be able to change your shipping address up until the time I mark your order as shipped. I will be sending a notice out before I finalize shipping to remind everyone to update their addresses.

When will the digital coloring book be available for download?
Since we unlocked extra pages via the Stretch Goals, the ebook will be delayed until the additional pages can be added to it. Once the ebook is ready, a notice will be sent to everyone once it has begun distribution.
The digital book will also be distributed as soon as the files are ready and ahead of the printed version! It will be a simplified version of the book making it easier to print out.

When will my items be shipped?
PHYSICAL ITEMS I aim to ship all of the Add-ons and pledge Rewards together at the same time in order to save Backers money on shipping. I will not be splitting shipments (except in the case of original framed paintings and masks which will be sent separately).
Those who order from the Pre-Order shop will also receive their items only when the final book has been printed and is ready to ship, which is expected to be no later than November of this year, hopefully sooner should everything work out smoothly during the publication process!
DIGITAL ITEMS The digital items that are ready for distribution, such as the Wallpaper Pack, will be distributed immediately, while the digital book will be distributed as soon as the digital pages are ready before the physical book’s arrival. Keep an eye on your Kickstarter Updates for when the digital book will be available!

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
